整体环境都还不错，就是前台的服务员水平不咋滴，我在艺龙定的单间特价房前台非得说没有，这样和艺龙合作就失去意义了，我在艺龙定了标准间139元/间的前台也是139元/间，去拿房卡时说了很多遍是艺龙定的房间，怎么不懂得我要是不是通过艺龙订房的连那个酒店叫什么名字都不知道了就别谈其他的了，本身酒店也是在一个比较偏僻的地方………个人认为既然和艺龙合作就不要叽歪那么多，艺龙帮忙做推广打广告肯定是要付出的，艺龙也是要相应的回报的，要吗干脆不合作顺其自然。建议艺龙公司今后有合作的酒店不要再出现类似的问题，这样只会影响艺龙的形象得不偿失啊………
