服务差 我开始订的就是两晚 到了酒店大堂 随服务员刷卡 理所当然 我订的两晚你就应该刷两晚的担保金 结果刷了我600
第二天5点我开会来电话说续交房费 7点我休息吃饭电话过来续交房费 晚上11点打电话 我都睡觉了
请问你们服务员不知道看我订的房间天数吗？差个40块钱 凌晨电话打扰 没素质 差评 自己弄错了还在这里理所当然的打扰顾客！还四星级！连宾馆都不如！
