在这里住的第二次，第四晚，住的时候，房间极冷，居然没有空调制暖，打电话客房中心，先说晚上八点供暖，八点前要保证酒店餐饮部的暖气，到了八点半，打电话客房中心，居然说空调坏了，我想知道的事，上个星期去住，说空调坏了，为什么这个月还是坏的，还是什么四星，简直连私人旅馆都不如
