前台服务员没有任何帮助，笑眯眯的一问三不知， 我问在哪里买报纸告诉我，不知道，不知道哪有卖报纸的我们不看，我说我的包很大，能不能帮我叫个的士前台姑娘说我们没有出租车的电话号码，不能叫你自己到外面打车。酒店的位置非常方便，卫生还凑合，床垫，很硬很不舒服，我想要一床被子，铺上服务员说一张床就一床被子，没有多余的，毛巾都非常旧。就又硬又黑
