酒店前台服务员态度不好，到了酒店等了很长时间才找到艺龙的订单，并且说下次直接订房，不要找艺龙，到了房间没有一次性拖鞋，又打前台电话，让我自己找一找。后来，服务员送来两双拖鞋，还说忘记放了，什么素质，下次肯定不在入住了。

前台服务员态度不好，到了酒店前后说没有艺龙订单，后来找到了，本来预定特色大床房，已满房，给的是标准间，房间床很小，卫生间很脏，有异味，下次不会选择此酒店入住了。
