服务态度一般，去的人貌似不少，最郁闷的是，手机付款完了都显示酒店确认成功了，结果去了之后，说是需要网上预订成功了之后，再要打电话预约😔。即便需要预约，也应该在订单页面说明一下吧？说是没房了，酒店的人一看手机预订的，让退订单，可是艺龙订单退订需要上传凭证，跟一个老员工说了下，她联系了艺龙，最后补差价给换了标间。酒店的装修和硬件配置不还行，预订服务太落后了，个别男的工作人员态度太差了
