  酒店外观很大气，房间也挺宽敞，视野开阔，光线明亮。卫生间洗澡淋浴器只有一个花洒??那么高，怎么设计的，谁也够不着，水又那么小，比较不满意。另外现在几乎所有酒店给客房的纯净水都是免费提供的，这里却说单独收费，这一点也很不满意。服务有待提高。

  早餐根本就不能称为五星级酒店的，快捷的差不多。 服务员也就小旅馆的素质，午休敲门跟她说不用打扫卫生。闯进来非要核对所有收费食品是否过期，你有病吧！等我退房你不能查吗？尊重你给你开门说一声，你倒是不客气 这地方挂着五星幌子，收着五星的房价。满屋子熏人难闻的气味…… 懒得拍视频，就是差评

  开两个标准间给两张早餐票，理由只有两个身份证登记，带两个孩子没有身份证件不给歺票，自己买一张票38元，啃人的彬州高级酒店，穷山恶水出刁民，前台服务员态度恶劣，说话口气狠，差 差这么差的地方少去，影响彬县投资环境，影响陕西在全国人面前丢脸，服务窗口当地政府部门多检查，影响面广丢老陕的脸面，可悲可笑可恨
