无意弄坏一张门卡，前台满脸黑线要赔50，没有任何商量余地，也不提供赔偿依据。也不愿意找当班经理出来协调，各种推脱。最终在当地门户网站上给市长信箱写课信。虽然离开咸阳后号称经理来电表示歉意，态度也算诚恳，但并无法消除前台的恶劣服务态度。绝对不会再次入住

临近渭滨公园，喜欢在渭河边优哉游哉，但酒店内设施陈旧，卫生间气味难闻，停车还得先交钱再找酒店报销，耽误时间。
