酒店前台有一个男的态度不好，刷了身份证给个房卡就再不理人，还得自己问怎么上房间，电梯在哪。房间里温度特别低，就把空调温度调高，结果开的暖风，一晚上温度就上升了一度，第二天一看跟室外温度一样。直接冻感冒了。
