房间进去时看到床单不整洁，空调老的掉牙开了半天也没有冷气，停车倒是很方便他们后面有一个免费的停车场。

房间床单是烂的、房间里面有售卖的10块一支的水因为是饮水机的，我们没搞清楚饮水机有没有插电所以一直没有热水，喊了服务员过来人家说没插电你自己看不到呀！我真是呵呵了，客人不懂难道不能喊服务员么？这么说就不好了吧！服务行业搞成这样也是失败~~~望多加培训
