硬件不错的一家店、软件不行。退房时硬收了我一瓶苹果醋的钱，说是里面被喝了一口...看来以后各位住客入住后要赶紧各种饮料先确认一下是否被打开过、有无漏放，各种包装有无拆封，避孕套有否少一个等，有疑点及时和总台联系，否则就自认倒霉吧。 这应该是服务员做的事情，只能有客人代劳了，因为他们做不到...
