结账时前台三个人，有一个稍微胖点的服务员态度不好，一直垮着脸，把我的发票开错了，多开一个0，重新开让我等了半天，也不道歉，就垮着脸说你再看一下。结账时另外一个瘦点的服务员业务不熟，问了我两次房间号都记不住，我是支付宝预授权，她不会弄完成扣款，旁边的人教了半天，又耽误挺长时间才给我弄好。
房间洗澡间的门关紧了，水也很容易从门下面漏出来到外面地上
