西昌海能酒店的信誉极差，我于2月3日在亿龙上订的西昌海能酒店，2间2晚的标间，在订单上的总价格是1172元，2月3日到酒店后，工作人员让我交了1500元的押金，2月5日退房的时候，酒店让我补52元，服务员告知每间房是按388元/间/天收取的费用，我告知订单上的总价是1172元，算下来，每天每间的价格是应是：298元，为什么还会补，服务员与酒店所谓的主管通了电话后，告知我，按358元/天/间收取，酒店在旺季就是这样涨价的吗？信誉何在？在和酒店理伦了半个多小时后，最后又找到艺龙，酒店才退还了应该退还我的328元，且对于此事，酒店方没有一句道歉的话，服务极差，下次再到西昌旅游，所有酒店没有房间了，只剩这家酒店了，我也不会去住的，这是我今天早上退房的亲身经历，实话实说，希望能订这家酒店的朋友一个参考。
