应该是湖边居民的拆迁安置小区吧，周围基本都是这样的客栈，房间照明多处损坏，卫生间不干净、喷头坏了、房间没电热毯，空调坏了，需要努力提高质量，春节过来580一间，很不实惠。

此前已经入住过小单间，感觉还行。作为这个价位的客栈，相比较周边客栈，性价比还是挺高的，交通位置比较方便。虽然窗户的纱窗时隔半年后依然是坏的，不过1.5米的床睡着还不错。虽然卫生间的杯子等不算很洁净，不过好在床上用品比较干净。总的来说，性价比高，下次还来。
