应该算是家庭旅馆吧，所有人都挺热情。房间配备比较齐全，电话居然连国内长途都免费，很给力。唯一差点儿的地方就是设施比较旧，房间可以翻新下了。

自驾到此，八十多岁父母，和78岁岳母住进山庄，感觉服务好，环境好，游玩就餐都很方便，一个字‘赞’

和邛海隔条街，泸山公园门口。位置很好很方便。有单独的停车处。房间小巧，卫生间就更小巧了。干净卫生，服务不错。还有个最大感受是晚上安静，难的睡了2天安稳觉。早饭还行泡白萝卜好吃我喜欢。十一价格好贵哟，没办法，人山人海。

位置非常好，过街就是邛海，早上切散步很清爽，
几分钟就到湿地公园，到芦山更是方便。
房间卫生差了点，希望改进！
