就是城中村改造的，房子很小，卫生很差，楼梯很陡峭，而且非常窄，都走不了两个人，老人上楼还需要扶着墙壁，停车的地方很远，要有10分钟，差评！！！绝对的差评

隔音效果不好，隔壁的空调声音吵的整晚基本没睡着，房间太小除了过道基本没有多余的空间。

酒店位置好，过路住宿，春节价格好高，伤不起呀！高低床在5楼，还好老板很热情，帮我们提上去。老海亭吃饭特别方便！
