除了房间临街有点吵而外，酒店服务非常不错，酒店设施也很人性化，非常满意！！！以后去西昌也会继续选择入住！

酒店设施齐全，服务周到，服务员素质高，礼貌热情...给我印象最深刻的是台工作的王乔姑凉，她美丽大方，热情心细，离店时，我准备邮寄个包裹，她给说酒店可可以帮忙寄，还说:如果你赶时间把东西留在店里，她帮我寄过去，最后在她的帮助下，我及时赶上飞机，真的非常感谢她，我在想:是什么样的老板，能够培养出如此优秀的员工，我想她的老板肯定也是个很优秀的人。

非常新的酒店，到的时候前台只有一个人，但服务态度挺好的。出去吃了晚饭开车回来保安来问是否需要帮忙搬行李。房间整体比较干净，卫生间还是有一些卫生死角。床较小，床垫还是比较舒服，电视挺小，趟床上看太远了。早餐中规中矩，还有很大提升空间。黄金周早上退房高峰，前台居然只有一个人，怎么可能忙得过来，虽然忙，但态度还是挺好。总体比较满意！
