这种房型的套房确实能看到邛海，不是只看到一点点，设施还行，离五星级还是有距离的，客房服务不错，前台稍微差一些，可能因为人多，所以没什么笑脸，不过带小朋友住这里还不错，有个小型健身游乐园，离邛海也很近，只是房价确实有点贵，多住几天就肉疼

办理入住时没人告知，公寓楼要求我们到酒店楼check in，带着行李来回跑两趟：客房电话坏了打不通，报前台也没人管；加床等服务没人理，晚上回酒店后什么都没办，电话打不通，还要跑到另一个楼的前台，服务太差了
