还是不错的。节日去，有点小贵。服务员态度很好。如果是经济酒店，也很不错了。作为星级酒店，还是有提升的空间。比如烧水壶，很大的消毒水味道，简直不敢用。
此外我猜你们的退房、打扫卫生的按钮基本就是形同虚设吧，都是触摸式、而且和灯在一起，非常容易误按。我看见很多房间门口这些灯都是亮的。这都没什么，不影响。但是你们的sos按钮也在这里，估计也长期被客人误按，你们也习惯了不管他了，这就很容易发生危险了，希望要改进哦。

陪男友去跑全马订的房间，真心不错，酒店的服务人员很亲切，房间卫生和硬件设施都很赞，早餐也丰盛。因为男友全马结束都12点多了，我们吃完午餐回酒店早过了12点退房时间，前台也很体谅的，加收半天房费延迟到18点，还可以休息一下。

酒店看上去设施还算不错啦，不过房间冰箱不制冷，保险箱也能用，叫来服务员，居然说各个房间都这样，要我用他的钥匙锁，锁完要打开再打电话叫他。我一听就不干了，忽悠人也没这样。结果他当场打开一个空房间，那里的保险柜就是好的。没话说，当场就换了一个。晚上想要一个勺儿，结果酒店告知没有。第二天吃早饭，到餐厅，居然也没不锈钢的勺儿，只有小瓷勺儿。奇怪的，虽然叫咖啡厅，可是却没咖啡，真是亏对咖啡厅的名字。不过早餐还算丰盛。房间还算大，还行吧。

非常不错的酒店 性格比超高 位置也很好 酒店房间没有异味了 设施大堂设计感很不错 还有免费的自行车可以借来游昆明 旁边隔壁的玩脾酒吧不要错过 好吃气氛又够好的一家店
