前台人员的接待服务很不好 第一次去开房的时候问前台工作人员在网上预定跟在总台预定价格是否相同 直接说是一样的 结果等把房开了以后再到网上一看
价格相差太大 第一次被坑心里很不舒服 其实也不是钱不钱的问题 主要是被前台工作人员这样欺骗心里难免会有些不舒服

从装修和地段，卫生来说这个价格都很好，设施和图片没有差别，看得出老板很用心，还用了智能设备什么触摸按键，智能卫生间排风扇，但是触摸按键并不好按，有些按了没反应，智能排风扇只要你开了卫生间的灯就会自动开，但是噪音非常大，开电视都能明显听到轰鸣声更别说睡觉，开始不知道是什么噪音让服务员上来看，打了2-3次电话才来了个大妈一进来就说是不是好了，语气也不好，然而更生气的是他也不知道是什么原因，直接就说解决不到，研究半天让我们把电卡拔了才没有噪音，最后还是我们自己摸索出来关了卫生间灯就行了。服务明显跟不上酒店设施啊
