酒店干净整洁，服务人员服务比较周到，态度较好。酒店的地理位置较好，交通方便，离旅游客运中心、卢山邛海旅游景区都比较近。附近购物、吃饭都很方便。

酒店很不错，客房比较干净整洁，酒店员工服务态度较好。地理位置比较好！离旅游客运中心很近，离邛海也不远。附近购物也比较方便，有个美天超市。周围吃饭的地方也很多。以后有机会再到西昌，还会选择凤凰的。

房间干净，安静。服务也不错，步行2分钟就有大型超市，非常方便，周围交通吃饭步行即可，去汽车站，打车起步价就OK了！

酒店楼下是个表演厅，天天晚上闹到很晚，据说还是凤凰酒店租出去的，说的是晚上十二点结束，结果都十二点半了还在唱，出来的人声音又大，没有一点钟就别想睡觉了，极力极力不不不不不推荐！愤怒！！！！！！！
