大众点评和携程没定到，跑来微信来定，艺龙帮着定的。明明是12.31-1.2两天入住，酒店费用也预付了！我妈带着我弟去西昌参加朋友婚礼，12.31号晚上三点到店，前台说没房让等，等到早上十点！真是无语！真不能在小公司订房间！给艺龙客服打过去还一个劲的推脱，说啥必须中午12点过了才能开房！那你们别收房费啊！晚上12:00过了就是31号了！我预付了全天房费，你们明明没有安排好！就各种理由搪塞！这辈子不会通过艺龙订任何酒店机票！大家也慎定！！！！ 服务太差！差差差差评！！！让老人孩子在大堂从半夜3:00 足足呆了七个小时！ 真无语

中规中矩，装修不是很好，但是算干净。浴缸是箭牌卫浴，保险柜，冰箱，浴袍齐全，就是大灯吊灯亮一半的灯管，装修再好点就好了，中高评

离海河很近，餐馆酒吧都比较多，很方便。在小巷里，夜晚安静。早餐比较丰富，房间大，干净整洁。周围酒店共用的停车场，有停车票。
