通过艺龙订的房，前台说是属于特价房，只能给没有窗户的房间，但艺龙网上没有此说明，前台说酒店已告知艺龙，是艺龙没有说明，反正就是在我们顾客面前推卸责任。前台开房不专业，3个人数分钟都办不妥开房手续，在顾客面前还在摆龙门阵，建议酒店加强业务培训和质检。
