  帮厂区领导定了两天房间，酒店人员未经同意擅自升级房间，只升级了一晚上，柜台要求不升级，直接甩我一句那没得房间了，你们的营销手段也要分情况，简直超级差评，请问第二天再喊别个领导换撇的房间吗

  差评，不打招呼就升级房间，导致给别个领导定的房间住了豪华的又要换商务单间，差评，前台有个妹子态度不好，退钱时各种不耐烦

  酒店地理位置很好就在西昌客车站后面，前台妹子很漂亮。但是酒店房间设施太旧，就像老式商务宾馆，性价比不高。早餐太简单了。
