在西昌的最后一天，选择入住这家酒店，本以为是一次愉快的住店，然而却不是。
起因：早上办理退房手续后，发现车子被一辆红色车刮倒了，前一天晚上车子都是好的，找酒店保安调监控，发现是前面一辆车，保安当时也说那辆车是红色的。协商解决办法时，保安说他解决不了，后来的两个小时，来了人事负责人，和一个经理，人事经理态度还挺好的，另外一个经理态度不温不火，也不给解决办法，居然保安也开始改口说那个车是蓝色的，甚至还说我们不该把车停那个位置（昨天晚上是因为酒店没车位我们才停那的，还是他们保安说的停那）。还说我如果有安全意识就不该住他们酒店，话说，你们酒店就如此不欢迎客人来住店吗？
其他都不说了，最后耗了两个多小时，也没有道歉，没有解决办法，不了了之……之前也是酒店行业的，我真心不知道，酒店的服务态度何时下降到如此地步，花了三百多住了一晚，结果是这么个住店体验。
啥都不说了，差评差评差评！下次再也不住，你们要预订的，请三思！！！

酒店房间还可以。
但是酒店停车很不方便。开车过去保安让停在街边上。第二天，车子出现了刮痕，车子的右前大灯被磨花了，还有新鲜的红色的漆。由于酒店的监控为黑白色且不清楚，最后酒店方拒不承担任何责任，为了赶路最后只能忍气吞声，不了了之！
