西昌酒店爆满，酒店设施陈旧，订了两个房间在一层楼但不能过去，要走两个电梯，很不方便。早餐就馒头包子和白菜豆皮，有蛋糕，鸡蛋，稀饭。

不能保障24小时提供热水，尤其是阴天，因为酒店用的太阳能热水器，又不启用电加热。也不提供热空调，阴冷的时候还是很不舒服。主要还是过分节约开支导致上述问题。另外，酒店长期接待旅游团，早晨很早就人声鼎沸，影响正常休息。
