第一、被子上有头发
第二、酒店水温不能调
第三、前台服务态度好，但是购物来了个保安，态度差得要死！给中评是看在前台的份上
第四、空调是中央空调，不能自主调温！

这次五一出游，决定去新昌大佛看看，所以就预定了二间客房，因为是临时决定旅游路线，所以一些好宾馆房间都订满了，看这家也不错，离大佛近，去了结果大跌眼镜，同样价格二个房间，我们的房间厕所是坏的，洗澡的也是破的，另一个房间大，厕所不用多说，问客服为什么差距不一样，客服也不理睬。

设施很简陋，和豪华搭不上边。。。浴缸是摆设，没有塞孔不能用。电话机是摆设没有连接线。床头没有充电孔，电视机那里才有。很不方便。。。蓝瘦。。。给服务员打电话解决问题有时候语气也不好。。。
