酒店地段挺好，走过去几分钟就是万达，离大佛寺过去也很近。酒店房间挺大，酒店服务和环境一般，工作人员没有及时的将车牌录入系统，致使我们第一天出去付款了10元停车费，后面也懒的再找前台退了～

Hotel room was so hot and air conditioning didnt work. Room was a balmy 27 degrees.I called several time the reception to do something about it and they saud they would send someone. Several hours later nothing happened so I had to physically go downstairs and argue with them to give me a new room at 12:30 at night. Also no soap was provided. Bad experience and bad service

上个月入住的时候就提出过衞生问题，没想到这次依旧；由于浴室密封条老化，洗完澡衞生间全是水非常滑，整个脚垫也全部湿透。打电话给前台要求打扫阿姨来拖一下再换一个脚垫，回覆説阿姨下班了，给你送两条浴巾，自己铺一下。虽然可能在我们看不见的地方阿姨也会这么干，但是你当客人面这样，这很难不让客人联想到我自己用的浴巾也可能是上一个客人擦过地的！怎么让人再次放心入住啊？

酒店环境设施都不错，早餐也还比较丰富。五一期间入住感觉有的岗位人手有点不足，发生了一点意外。前台工作人员服务很好，夜间值班戴眼镜的经理非常友善，耐心地帮忙解决问题，好感一下子拉上去了

来新昌大佛寺游玩，入住新昌万怡酒店，酒店离景区很近，非常方便，整体设施完备，房间乾净整洁，空间大，前台帅哥，服务热情周到，大佛寺景区个人非常喜欢，还会再来，也会继续入住万怡酒店
