酒店在塔山山顶，自驾游很方便，非自驾需要打车，打车会加价。
酒店的环境很好，室内外的游泳池。室外还是无边泳池。四周绿树掩映。
服务方面：前台工作人员训练有数，各种配套服务介绍详细；客房服务人员，及时送上水果及甜汤，让人倍感亲切。
餐饮方面：早餐丰富，中西式都有，还有特色的新昌年糕、芋饺可供选择。晚餐在夏宫吃的。落座就送了凉菜以及桃胶，蔬菜鲜嫩可口。性价比非常高。除了服务人员少了点，有点叫不过来，别的都好。

酒店正在装修我们定的景观房阳台都去不了，一开窗帘 就是脚手架在入住酒店的时候，并没有第一时间通知我们直到我们办完入住手续之后 自己进房间才发现之后要求换房间，但是推脱房间已经满了，不给我们更换
