酒店不怎么样，入住时前台一边办手续一边聊天，很不专业，房间沙发是破洞的，地面是脏脏的，电视小的不得了。关键是房间放的茶派没有价签，价单上也没有，就以为是赠送代替矿泉水的，结果结账时让付费，质问酒店没有价签甚至吧台价目表里也没有，凭什么让客户结账，酒店态度强硬，反复折腾了半个多小时一直让等人解释，人就不见踪影。这样的酒店以后肯定不会再住了，就8元的事，客户不认可就一直让等着，这样的酒店真是让人无语。等了半个多小时的经理过来竟然说他们电视上也没贴价签，真是，这种素质无
语了。另一位经理说价格表上的果汁是指的茶派，天呀，酒店的所谓经理竟然分不清果汁和茶，是智商都有问题吗？

1.开业20多年，设施老旧。2.艺龙订房带双早，入住时要早餐券，前台说不含。3.客房内散发着霉味。4第二天结账时，又问前台含不含早餐，服务员确定含。
