  反复考虑后，还是决定写个点评吐槽下服务。 1.办入住不巧遇到了两拨团队登记，等了十五分钟也没得到服务人员提示，迟迟办理不了入住。插着问了一句，开票经理说，至少得半小时。好吧，带着孩子和我母亲在正午又出门 2.在退房时候前台仍然很忙，只有两位，其中位置中间的服务人员比较烦躁，先问我什么事儿，然后就说你等会儿说，可能还没从繁忙的开票中回过神儿来。这期间跟同事说了两句，还在接电话前问我具体事儿，我还没说完，接上电话，又问同事那位客人能不能挂单餐费，看到后面还有人排队，总算是暂停了手中的活儿，听我讲我遇到的信用卡预授权退款问题。 重点来了，答复我1.问电子银行。2.或者携程，都是一家公司。当我再次重申是艺龙订购的，她竟然说都一样！前面我的话都白说了… 我是解决遇到困难才请你帮忙，无奈没解决，后来，我发现是在艺龙平台办理入住时，前台没核对 入住人 信息的问题，可能开了另一个房间。 两件事儿，只能投诉服务人员安排不妥当，团体没有接洽好，整个大厅熙熙攘攘，效率低下。

  酒店整体都不错，早餐丰富，每天有变化。就是在网上订的价格很不稳定，住了一晚，第二天再订就涨价不少了。

  房间大的出奇～喜欢楼下的夜市～卫生间干湿分离的～一样一个房间～很任性…屋内配套设施一应俱全…早餐种类也可以…总体好评
