我真的是不知道怎么吐槽了，一开始我晚了一天入住，第二天去办理入住的时候让我等了半个小时都没入住，本来就长途跋涉头晕的要死还不能休息，然后程序问题我定的家庭房开错了成了大床房我当时只想好好休息一下，然后里面烟味非常浓，而且到处都是藏在缝里的垃圾，怀疑根本没有好好打扫，住的反胃，后来提出退房他们才给换了房型，但依旧不同意退房，但是那个家庭房感觉还可以，但是每天来打扫卫生的保洁一个就是走马观花，什么都不管，另一个就很尽职尽责，反正大家以后尽量住家庭房吧，大床房不能住！！！

酒店超棒，前台服务热情周到，客房卫生很干净整洁，位置也好找， 距离黄帝故里很近，停车方便，周边美食购物很方便，下次到郑州依然选择这里，值得推荐哦
