This hotel was great. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds comfortable. The A/C worked and you couldn't hear noise from the hallways (well-insulated). The translation capabilities were lacking, but you could make do with your own app. Breakfast and dinner were great. If i came to Xining again, i would stay here.

The hotel is not bad , but not suitable for people who can stand for heat . The room was so hot and the air condition is central controlling, so you cannot change the temperature, the air that flow in also smell of cigarette, which make me want to vomit. The staff are nice trying to help me and offer a fan. The breakfast is the worst one I ever had in a hotel.

Nice , upmarket hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Shower wasn't properly sealed and let water out in the bathroom which was a bit annoying. The hotel has a good gym and swimming pool. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed for one out of our two day stay because they had to clean it and they didn't let us know in advance which was annoying too. Good breakfast

We arrived very early in the morning and they were flexible and allowed us to check in early.
Breakfast was an extensive spread of Chinese and Western food.
The room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel looks amazing, breakfast is OK. The service was great but it was simply too hot. Air-conditioning was in heat only mode and the room had 27C most of the time.

Great choice in Xining. Clean, good location, close to one if the night markets, non-smoking rooms. Unfortunately, they do only provide dry-cleaning service and no washing machine available. However, it was a nice stay for a short visit in Xining.

The hotel was fine for our needs. Well located and reasonably clean throughout. There was a problem with people being allowed to smoke in common areas, which the staff didn’t seem bothered about.
