西宁海悦酒店前台不能按预定标准提供房间。擅自降低客人住房标准。把1.5米大床欺骗客人是1.8米大床。第一张图为1.5米床，第二张为1.8米床。经抗议酒店才给予换房，但前台态度极差，一度威胁退钱撵客！
