设施旧了，马桶坏了晚上一直都不停的哗哗哗淌水，影响睡眠！空调不怎么凉快，开到最大了，晚上不能盖被子，出汗！

入住时空调就不制冷，折腾半天来了一个修的工人穿着鞋现在我的凳子上修了一下，说修好了，下来后用手拍了两下就放回桌子前，这是我穿睡衣做的凳子，他踩完就这么处理一下！太脏了吧！更过分的是夜里一点把我给热醒了，空调噪音很大还不制冷！我给服务台打电话，他们说夜里空调整体都关了！天哪大夏天的不开空调，还让我开着窗户睡！睡的我浑身是汗！几乎整夜失眠……第二天问我的同事，他们的房间整夜都有空调……如此恶略的捉弄客人，可恶之极……

酒店地理位置优越，在美丽的青云湖畔，周边环境优雅，风光秀丽，适合休闲度假旅游。酒店房间干净整洁，服务员的态度很好，就是偶尔找不到人。总体很满意！
