硬件方面没有过高要求的还可以，毕竟时间长了，设备陈旧些。过了取暖期就取消中央空调，就无法让人理解。你这酒店不是民居，外面寒风习习，也不给暖风空调，把人冻感冒了，就此差评！以人为本，望九州宾馆改变思路和工作作风，脚踏实地，争取好评
