第二次去住了，第一次住觉得还不错，也挺干净，服务也还好，这次去，比较失望，服务很差，前台不怎么理人，很不错的设施，很干净，住的五星酒店，也就这样了，差的是服务，哦，对了，还有一点，隔音真的差，第一次住是隔壁凌晨几点还在打麻将，可以听到，这一次是早上酒店外面就开始放烟花爆竹的，讲道理，不应该禁放的吗？新乡好像还是全国文明城市，早上放了很久，关了窗户声音还很大，并且住的还是十楼。这种隔音效果出现在这酒店，也是无语了。这次落了东西在那里，酒店也并没有联系我。好在不贵重。总体来说，优点是确实非常干净，设施也还不错，缺点也很明显，服务很差，隔音很差。
