在两晚的入住中知道了普通标间和商务标间的区别，问前台接待还不承认，但是押金都交了，在怎么争取也无济于事。我们是四星级的酒店，希望服务员能提高服务质量，不要伤害消费者，对得起消费者！

长垣地区最高规格酒店了，停车场宽大，车位多。入住办理业务熟练，携程预订，到店后前台已充分准备，态度也很热情。酒店位置比较偏，如果没有车就不太方便。基本上叫的士的话，一般对外地人都要价比较高，不打表。热水还不错。无线网经常连不上，有线网有点慢。
