每年都会带孩子来这里，今年是特别的生气！环境依然还是那样！就是美团今年不能定！只能在艺龙，第一次在艺龙定，不知道怎样定，还有其他的问题想咨询，就给宜兰宾馆前台打电话咨询，26日中午11点五十分左右打得第一个电话，那个前台就特别不耐烦，问什么都说“我不知道，关于艺龙我什么都不知道，只知道艺龙和我们酒店签的有合同，其他的我什么都不知道…”接着又打了第二个电话，她就特别不耐烦，还是什么都不知道…那要你在前台干嘛？白吃饭？白领工资吗？不知道就培训一下再上岗工作！一问三不知！太无语了对她………
