酒店各方面都名副其实，我们最深刻的感受是酒店接待热情高效，预订的客房没有了，立即给了我们更好的客房。特别值得称赞的是该酒店餐饮部客服非常热心到位，我们到酒店已是晚上8点多，办好入住去就餐，可是已经过了餐饮服务时间，听了我们傍晚一路从万仙山赶过来已是饥肠咕噜，就让我们点菜就餐了。大厨的手艺也值得称赞。
