从入住到退房前台服务很满意，我来讲讲中午退房开车走的时候发生的事，我的车停在酒店旗杆子底下，旗杆子下面还有一小片台阶高出地面，由于台阶较低我是轿车视线不是那么好，我向右往外开的时候轮胎咯到台阶上了，啪的一声（幸好车没事）然后重点来了！酒店俩保安距离我四五米远，他们也听到并且也看到我车被台阶咯了一下，而且我还没开出来停车位，他俩看看我相视一笑……我以为他俩其中一个会过来一个人帮我指挥一下，并没有，人家俩还是站在那儿聊天，这个评论没有任何挑刺的意思，我只是觉得最起码的岗位应知应会没有告诉他们，希望再有我这样的人能帮帮他，再见
