门户开在别人的后院里。外面看不到大门，略嫌小器。服务超级友善，各个员工训练有素－－赞！暖气强大，又关不小，南方人不太习惯，早上起来觉得太干。早餐也不错，中式管理的早餐上，算是很不错，总体上非常好。

酒店在一个花园里，安静环境好，位置去哪里都挺方便，每个遇到的服务人员都友好热情，由欢迎水果、入住奉茶、晚安热牛奶，更赞的是免费的接送站服务，给出行提供了大大的便利！超级钟爱，下次来新乡还要选！

酒店前台服务非常周到，为我们免费升级了房间，酒店的配置很优秀，本来是想逛逛新乡出去吃饭，没想到楼下的自助价格真的很便宜，整体来说能在一个第一次来到的城市有这么一次优秀的入住体验还是很幸福的！

房间很干净，服务特别好，接车的服务员帅哥王子文和司机文很热情，感恩遇见！我次是带孩子过来的，酒店服务人员帮孩子弄的玩具，儿童牙刷牙膏还有儿童拖鞋，真的是好温馨哦，下次还会来的^V^
