住房部人太多，服务人员手忙脚乱，一个问题要反复问好多遍才给解释，刚定的房间，系统显示已取消，各种麻烦，最终定成功。价格还蛮便宜的，性价比高

定的是洗浴带过夜刚开始安排的房712门口上面滴水，还放了桶接着，因为在进出门时不小心会踢到桶和水会滴到身上让7楼的服务员换个房间，服务员以客房已满为由不换。只好到大堂的服务台说，那边到麻利，马上给换了个。另外洗浴的服务比较客气周到，所以服务给4星。
