房间比较大，装饰风格及周边环境不错，干净卫生，就是我们入住的楼没电梯，带老人不太方便，有停车位，早餐也不错，可酒店就餐等待时间太长，周边无其他就餐地方

环境不错,服务贴心，早上叫醒吃早餐虽然没起来！早上还送的水果，房间很新，建议每个房间都放一条充电线三接头，因为是淡季去的所以放热水有点慢，外面环境优美，空气清新！

酒店依山而建，有山有水，环境悠静，空气清新；装修大气，房间宽敞；服务周到贴心，服务态度可亲；信阳菜非常美味。适合休闲度假，尤其是春、夏、秋三季最好。冬天也不错，只是下雪了车上不去、下不来，冬天建议不要开车上山，可停放在山下停车场，人走上去，避免被困在山上！

服务实在是太贴心了 我们来的几天下雪了 服务人员还专门打电话叫我们早点回来怕雪大了上不了山 下山的时候还专门帮我们联系了山下卖防滑链的 看得出来人家是真心做好服务业的 很为顾客着想
