很差，没有热水壶，没有笔，没有纸。酒店布置的像办公室，一点也不温馨。电话标注不清晰，服务部门少。特别是管理差。服务员各个都像领导，敲门声很大！一点服务意识都没有！好像我们这些人，都要看他脸色一样。太差了！在潢川它比起光州国际和西关那个什么差的太远了！

来潢川办事，也算是回老家，确实怪不错，住这个地方，感觉挺好！推荐大家还来住这里，主要停车场大，可以停车
