没有入住所以不知道，但是钱付了不给退，车票晚了一天，没有住也不能退，这个辣鸡平台让我也是醉了，任何东西都比别的平台贵，而且贵的没道理，我祝你们早日倒闭。

入住时已经很晚，前台美眉看着我们一家老小，特别贴心的免费升级了商务双床房。房间宽敞，干净，温馨。被褥的质量和舒适度也明显高于同级别甚至国五。最惊喜的洗浴用品，特意拍了照片。并且很用心的准备了毛笔和小说，充满书香气息。细节上能做的如此到位实数不多。虽然退房后在酒店附近遇到了一件意外事件，但主管王静小姐全程关心和帮助，本人也深表感谢！！对于入住的酒店能让客人有了家的感觉，还有什么理由不选择呢。强烈推荐入住华庭！以后去信阳就你家了，再无它选！
