有史以来第一次给差评，只为一个自称港中旅山湾大酒店市场预订部叫张燕（音）女经理对一个协调改单的处理。本来预定的五个房间，入住四间，因另外一间行程有变反复沟通协调改单，下午五点左右下的订单确认，非要求我在下午四点之前进行沟通才能改单，这什么逻辑？没办法给好评，算是个投诉吧，屁民没有其他途径沟通反映，携程及港中旅山湾大酒店看到后人性化处理下贵集团的改单规定吧，以后能更人性化，合理化一点自己的内部规定吧。实在不想因为这次不愉快的沟通改单影响好心情。
