房间空调行同虚设，房间的温度还没有走廊里的温度低。要求解决，前台说换房间需加钱，后经交涉换了一个无窗房（低价位），房间里面臭气熏天，换气扇也坏的。将就住了一晚，简直让人无法忍受。
