我是4月18日入住天瑞大酒店的，原预订了住四晚，但是入住后就发现洗浴设备几乎就没法用，手持喷头出水不畅不说，就连顶喷也是坏的，当晚发现时已经时间很晚了，第二天早上就向服务台反应了，服务台答复给修理，我们讲晚上之前修理好就可以，但是等了一天也没修理，在这种情况下我们提前两天退了房，希望酒店在此方面加强管理。

整体感觉还好，过年了，没有早餐，前台给了两份面包🍞 ，两份牛奶，洗手间花洒🌸 没办法旋转方向，改善一下。
