1.位置：酒店很好找，在信阳羊山新区第七大道。但周边都是没有入住的小区，周边可以说很荒凉，没有可以逛街好玩的地方。晚上开车找一圈居然没有几个亮灯的地方。只有对面一个刚开业的恒大影城，还啥也没有买的。
2.卫生：作为一个很爱干净的人，完全不能忍受星级饭店这样的卫生水平，卫生很差，完全不是五星的水准。
3.服务：晚上洗完澡，躺床上身上痒痒的，让换被子，说没被子了。前台也完全冷漠的，感受不到热情。
4.餐食：开了一天的车到信阳，不想出去吃饭了，但到二楼餐厅一看，自助餐99一位什么都没有，中餐因为有婚宴，对零点客人都不搭理。只好去对面吃了一份刀削面。
5.客房：国庆节第一天，本是高高兴兴来的，但是住的一点也不舒服。即便是普通的客房，但不也该如此。淋雨间向外溅水严重，老婆差点在浴室摔倒，壁纸也翘了，地毯也是莫名的不干净。我们住418，居然4楼还有接包桌用餐，感觉务必的奇怪。
最最关键居然到房间的床躺了一下，身上很痒，也不是荨麻疹那种起疙瘩，是刺挠那种，不知道什么原因。睡觉💤好担心，关键我们还带着孩子来的，真的很想发火。现在很不爽，明天必须退房换酒店。
完全不是五星的水准！！！！！！！！？？？
